SkyEx ("we", "our", or "the App") is an employee attendance viewing application used by organizations to display attendance-related information to employees. We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining transparency.

2.1 Login Information

SkyEx uses a secure username and password authentication system. No biometric, facial recognition, or OTP-based identity data is collected.

2.2 Employee Information (View Only)

SkyEx does not collect, create, or modify employee personal information. All employee-related data displayed in the app is retrieved securely from the organization’s backend systems and is provided on a view-only basis.

The following information may be displayed to the employee:

• Full Name
• Employee ID / Number
• Designation
• Department / Site
• Phone Number

This information is not entered, uploaded, or collected through the SkyEx application.

2.3 Location Data (Attendance Only)

SkyEx accesses location data strictly for attendance verification.

• When: Only during Check-In and Check-Out
• Purpose: To verify employee presence during attendance actions
• Tracking: No background or continuous location tracking

2.4 Data We Do NOT Collect

• Biometric or facial data
• Camera images or videos
• Audio or microphone data
• Contacts, SMS, or call logs
• Background location data

3. How We Use Information

• User authentication
• Attendance check-in and check-out validation
• Displaying attendance information
• Legal and compliance requirements

4. Data Storage and Security

• Secure communication using HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Data stored on protected backend servers
• Limited internal access to backend systems
• Regular monitoring and security reviews

Purpose: Attendance verification during check-in and check-out only.

6. Children’s Privacy

SkyEx is intended only for employees of organizations and is not designed for individuals under 18 years of age.
